What to Do When Your Vehicle Has Been Towed

If your vehicle has been towed by the police and you are not sure if we towed it, you should give North Star Towing a call first.

If we did tow your vehicle, contact the authorities who had your vehicle towed for the vehicle release procedures.
  • Have proof of ownership (title or registration card)
  • Proof of insurance
  • Driver's license
  • Call for tow service charges (cash only)
  • Contact authorities for other fees
